Dotnet Engineer (5-7 years)

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Dotnet Engineer with experience maintaining production software to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling production issues, providing technical expertise, and resolving technical problems for financial applications. This role requires adaptability to changing demands, deadlines, and priorities and working effectively within a customer-centric environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement software changes to enhance user functionality in Dotnet/VB/JS financial applications.
  • Maintain constant communication with customer relationship managers, providing updates and resolving cases, issues, or concerns.
  • Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and SQL query running as necessary.


Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent industry experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Dotnet Engineer role, preferably within the finance/trading domain.
  • Strong knowledge of Dotnet, C#, VB.net, SQL Server, ADO, MVC, WCF, LINQ, WEB API, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
  • Proficient in SQL and stored procedures.
  • Knowledge of MSMSQ, IBM-MQ
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to learn new technologies and processes quickly.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating effectively with others.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership and work independently.


Location:

Remote (Candidate should have the right ambience to focus on work. Laptop and high-speed internet connectivity will be provided.)
